These terms and conditions govern your use of PropertyAegis services. By engaging with PropertyAegis, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Services: PropertyAegis provides comprehensive property management, advisory, and vetting services as outlined in our service agreements. The agreement signed between PropertyAegis and the client will detail specific services and deliverables.

Fees and Payments: All fees related to our services will be clearly detailed in the service agreement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule, as late payments may trigger penalties or suspension of services.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information for effective service delivery. Failure to meet these client responsibilities or to supply necessary documents may negatively impact the performance of our services.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to adhere to confidentiality agreements that protect proprietary information shared throughout the service period. PropertyAegis will not disclose any personal or property-related information without prior consent from the client.

Limitation of Liability: PropertyAegis limits its liability and will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that arise from the use of its services. The client agrees to indemnify PropertyAegis against any claims resulting from third-party actions.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to the terms of the service contract. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled before services cease.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PropertyAegis operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
